Our Fundraising Dinners are a wonderful chance to connect with other CAP supporters in your region, and hear about the heart and vision of our ministry. The event begins with drinks and canapes, followed by a sit-down dinner during which you will hear from our key leaders about the achievements of CAP over the past 12 months, and what we are looking ahead to in the next 12 months. You will also hear interviews with clients whose lives have been transformed after receiving help through CAP.
We don’t charge for tickets, but we hope that the stories of lives that have been changed through CAP inspire you to donate on the night, as there will be a financial ask. We pay for the cost of the dinner up front, with faith that God will provide above and beyond our financial needs (as He always does!) through very generous supporters such as yourself. You will have the option to give via credit/debit card, direct debit, cash, or cheque.
The dinner is a great way to introduce your friends, family, co-workers, etc. to the work and vision of CAP! Whether you would like to fill a table (10 people) or just invite one or two guests, please let our events team know and we would be happy to communicate further with you. As we do serve alcohol at our Fundraising Dinners, we are restricted to guests 18 years of age and older.
Semi-formal. For ladies, a cocktail-style or floor-length dress is suitable; men will be comfortable in dress pants and a blazer/suit jacket.
