CAP only operates through and in partnership with local Christian Churches. 

Why does CAP only work in partnership with churches? 

Because we have found that poverty is also a spiritual condition which requires a spiritual solution.  Effective poverty relief requires the combination of practical solutions and the unconditional love of Christ.  We believe that God has chosen the local Church to be His instrument in reaching out to the poor and needy. 

Please be encouraged that Your church can provide an answer to debt & poverty in your local community!

CAP can equip your church to conduct a professional and proven debt counselling service which effectively meets the needs of the poor and needy in your community.  Debt is one of the biggest issues facing our society right now, and your church can provide the answer! 

We are currently looking for churches who want to partner with us to establish a debt counselling service for outreach to their community.  Our goal is to establish a CAP centre in every major town and city in Australia by the year 2020.  Your church can be a part of this God inspired venture.
